Booking and Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and may vary based on the event or package.

Payment Deadline

• Full payment for the event or package must be made at least 30 days prior to the event start date.

• If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking may be subject to cancellation, and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation by Client

• If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.

• Cancellation fees will be determined based on the amount paid at the time of cancellation and the proximity to the event start date.

Refund Policy

• Non-refundable Deposit: The initial booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Cancellation 60+ days prior to event start: If you cancel 60 days or more before the event start date, any payments made above the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

• Cancellation between 30-59 days prior to event start: If you cancel between 30 to 59 days before the event start date, a 50% refund of the total amount paid (excluding the non-refundable deposit) will be issued.

• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to event start: If you cancel less than 30 days before the event start date, no refund will be issued, and all payments will be forfeited.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation request is received and approved.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Cancellation by Company

• In the unlikely event that the company must cancel the event or package due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments, including the deposit, will be issued.

• The company will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the client, such as travel arrangements or accommodations.

Changes to Itinerary

• Minor changes to the itinerary may occur and do not qualify for refunds.

• Major changes will be communicated promptly, with options for partial refunds or rescheduling.

Health and Safety

• Clients must disclose any health conditions that might affect participation. No refunds will be given for undisclosed health issues.

• Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

COVID-19 Policies

• Compliance with all testing and vaccination requirements is mandatory. Positive test results may impact participation and are subject to the cancellation policy.

• Quarantine or travel restrictions may affect participation; partial refunds or rescheduling options may be offered based on circumstances and at the discretion of Eat Move Sleep Retreat.

Travel Insurance

• Comprehensive travel insurance is required on all overnight events to protect your investment and cover any unforeseen circumstances that may lead to cancellation.
